• Xaiver +9 = [LARGE]
—- Whenever Xaiver is a +DOG, I pull the trigger everytime. This has
proven successful 85% of the time L20 times Head Coach Chris Mack & Co. were
an underdog. Creighton comes into this contest hot. Real hot. Pulling off 8
straight victories, all by double digits, all by covering the spread.
Normally, I’d back a streaker like this… but a LetDown is due in place with
a team that matches up very well with the hot shooting Blue Jays. This is
the first time these 2 teams have met in 4 years. Past results do not
predict future outcome, as said oh too many times in the handicapping
community. But past results of a Head Coach gearing up his boys as a +DOG
works more times then most, as pointed earlier, 85% is a fine number to back.
Xaiver is 17-3 ATS L20 times as a +DOG under HC Chris Mack. Another trendy
trend over the years are Big East Road +DOGS, with Xaiver’s jump to the Big
East, you might add this to your confident section in taking the Musketeers
+8/+8.5/+9 – if this drops below 7 or below, then I’d lay off. I’m not a
fan of linemovement dropping 2 full points off my number day of tip-off.
• Air Force +11.5 = [LARGE]
—- As I still anticipate for San Diego State’s Lawrence Allen Fieldhouse
hangover to extend for another week or so, I don’t expect them to lose this
match SU – but road -FAVing Double Digits is something the Aztecs aren’t
too familiar with away from home. Squaring off against the Falcons in the
elevated Utah air could be a stumble upon San Diego State where Air Force has
covered 12 of the L14 home games; 12-2 (86%) ATS L14 games @ Clune Arena.
Air Force will have their work cut out for them trying to stay under the
double digit range where Steve Fisher comes in possibly with his best San
Diego State lineup from top to bottom that’s he’s had in his 15 years as SDSU
Head Coach. SDSU is allowing 51pts their L7 games played. They are a Top 15
(#14) rebounding team in the nation. Air Force is 242 (#256) spots lower…
yep, you read that correctly. Statistical angles are not what led me to
hammer Air Force. It’s all situational, where I beleive a LetDown is in
store for 13th Ranked San Diego State. Air Force has played well the last
few matchups -vs- San Diego State. I believe this line is too high for the
Home +DOG – so, I made it a LARGE situational play.
